Shipping and Returns
Stoned Dreamers is a small company operated by a couple out in Oregon. We greatly appreciate your patience when it comes to shipping. Our goal is to provide quick, efficient shipping with every order and to have packages in the mail within 3-5 business days of an order being made. All shipments are made through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and can be tracked on their website. If we ever have any underlying issues with shipping where we know orders will be delayed, we will attempt to have a message displayed on our website. Furthermore, if an individual order is ever delayed, we will contact you directly. All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail which generally arrives in 4-5 Business days. Expedited shipping is not an option through our site, however, is available if you contact us directly at email@example.com. Please title your email with “Rush Order Request” so we can handle your order immediately. Any and all delivery dates requested or provided is solely an estimate. Stoned Dreamers is not liable for the timing of package deliveries or extraneous circumstances out of our control that may effect package delivery (e.g. the government). International Shipping: At the moment Stoned Dreamers is not offering retail sales internationally. In the future, we hope the be able to add international shipping options to all orders. For the time being, contact us via email if you require international shipping, and we might be able to figure something out.
We understand that from time to time packages can get lost in the mailing system. If you ever find that your order is taking much longer than expected, or hasn’t been delivered at all please contact us with your order number and we will do our best to sort the issue. As a merchant we sometimes have access to more detailed shipping reports that can help us track down exactly what went wrong and fix the issue as fast as possible!
All sales are final unless the products are received damaged.
Product Defects & Damaged Goods
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you can return your product within 30 days of purchase. If a package seems to be damaged upon delivery, we request a video/pictures be taken upon arrival so a claim can be filed with the postal service. Depending on the situation, a refund or replacement will be sent to you. Contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will assist you as soon as possible.
